Grant County’s total coronavirus case count passed 5,000 on Monday after 115 new cases were recorded since last Friday. According to the Grant County Health District the cases include residents of Ephrata, Grand Coulee, Mattawa, Moses Lake, rural Othello, Quincy, Royal City, Soap Lake and Warden. 18 people are hospitalized with 36 confirmed COVID-19 related deaths and 11 pending death certificate review. Adams County reported 22 new cases on Monday with 2 people hospitalized.
