Charges are brought against a teenager who opened fire in Othello. Police say it happened last Tuesday in a section of East Hemlock with at least 2 rounds fired. The 17-year-old boy is being charged with second-degree assault and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. 2 other teenage boys were in the area and police want to talk to them so if you know where they are call 509-488-3314.
