Former Ephrata and Spokane City Manager Wes Crago is back in Grant County – but isn’t going to be working for the government this time. Crago left the Spokane job last month telling the Spokesman-Review he found his heart lies with smaller organizations and more involved on the operational side of things. Crago will be working for an Ephrata-based private company that administers insurance programs and offers risk management services.
