A police standoff in Easton results in a man apprehended for a number of thefts in Kittitas County. Police say it started with an assault call last Thursday at a campground and an investigation determined Jared Bruce of Seattle was wanted for illegal weapons possession and he may have been armed. After Bruce was taken into custody several vehicles were searched resulting in at least one stolen vehicle and stolen property. Authorities are working to get the items back to their rightful owners.
