5 juveniles and an adult are facing charges in connection with an Adams County kidnapping. Police say a 13-year-old boy was taken to an undisclosed location where the six threatening him with death for being a telltale. The 5 boys and the adult identified as Luis Soriano-Zuniga are charged with kidnapping, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of weapons capable of causing great bodily harm, arson and attempted theft of a motor vehicle.
