A man who tried to shoplift at the Moses Lake Walmart is in double trouble after police find he was a felon in possession of a firearm. Officers responded to the Premier Blvd. store Wednesday and found Jorge Suarez Galvan possessed several unpaid items. Galvan says it was the officers who planted the stolen items and the gun on him but video evidence proved that claim was false. He was also found to be carrying heroin.
