Area Walmart stores removed guns and ammunition from the selling floor in anticipation of possible riots on Election Day. A company spokesman says those items are still available for sale but they have been moved to the store’s storage area so the customer needs to tell the associate what they want to purchase and it will be brought out to the customer. It’s not clear how long the items will be kept out of sight.
