RITZVILLE – Speed was a factor, police say, in a one car crash that injured a teen driver Wednesday afternoon on state Route 261 south of Ritzville. 18 year old Jeffery S. Zupan apparently lost control of his vehicle, crossed the center line and collided with a pickup truck. He was taken to an area hospital. The driver of the pickup was not hurt.
