(AP) – It has been determined that a Moses Lake teenager will be tried as an adult in a September homicide case. According to recently released information from the Grant County Superior Court Clerk’s Office, 17-year-old Dominick Kultgen was charged Oct. 29 with premeditated first-degree murder, in the death of 21 year old Brandon Dick of Moses Lake who was found shot in the head in a marshy area north of Montlake Park. He was killed sometime overnight between Sept. 7 and Sept. 8, the Grant County Coroner’s Office said in the release. Kultgen remains jailed on a $1.5 million bond.
