A Moses Lake man is facing more time in jail in connection to a 2015 shooting. A state appeals court reinstated a 10 year sentence handed down to Olajide Fletcher who was charged with first-degree assault with a firearm after shooting a man five times in the legs. Fletcher had been given a 10 year sentence, but following a series of hearings, he was resentenced to just over six years in prison. The state then filed an appeal and the 10-year sentence was reinstated.
