There’s been another delay in the opening of the new Moses Lake homeless camp at the site of a former State Route 17 lumber yard. The camp was originally planned to be open at the beginning of the month then was delayed by a couple of weeks but is now scheduled to open at the end of this month. Officials say issues arising from the setup of the camp’s so-called “tiny homes” have resulted in unanticipated delays.
