A $10,000 grant is awarded to the Mattawa Food Bank by the Royal Neighbors of America through its National of Neighbors program which provides financial assistance to businesses, organizations and nonprofits. Food Bank officials the timing of this award couldn’t have been better as their forklift is unrepairable so they will now be able to buy a replacement. They also hope to purchase a walk in freezer.
