A brush fire broke out Wednesday in the 19000 block of Road C-4 NE. Crews from Grant County Fire District 7 were first on the scene and determined the fire was moving quickly and threatened structures. Witnesses also reported hearing explosions. District 7 received help from Grant County Fire District 13 who cut the fire off on the east side. There’s been no word on injuries or on a cause.
