Health Officials Reccomend No In-Person Classes

Health officers from Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan and Kittitas counties are recommending that school districts do not hold any in-person classes until the COVID-19 case rate decreases. The officers made the recommendation because Chelan, Douglas, Grant Okanogan and Kittitas counties were above the threshold of 75 new cases per 100,000 residents over a two-week period. Once cases fall below the 25-per-100,000 threshold the officers will recommend in-person classes to resume.
