An oil tanker train collides with a semi that was stalled on tracks in West Eltopia. Police say the semi which was loaded with frozen food stopped on U.S. 395 Wednesday afternoon and the front locomotive tore the semi’s trailer apart. No injuries were reported and there was no report of any oil spillage from the tanker cars. An investigation is underway to determine why the semi driver stopped on the tracks.
