The Ephrata Fire Department is turning the now-cancelled Touch-a-Truck event into a way to collect donations for the Ephrata Food Bank. On May 16 the dcepartment will hold its “See-a-Truck Food Drive” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Moore Furniture parking lot off Basin St. SW. To maintain and practice safe social distancing, the department asks that your donations be in the backseat, trunk, etc. and firefighters will unload everything for you.
