Washington Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler is urging all insurers doing business here to follow the lead of Allstate, American Family Insurance and Liberty Mutual who are making refunds to its automobile policyholders since most are driving less. Kreidler said people are driving less in Washington because of Gov. Jay Inslee’s stay-at-home order extended through May 4. Such a decline reduces the risk of accidents, associated injuries and property losses.
