The Adams County Health Department reports 20 confirmed coronavirus cases with 16 of those in the Othello area and the rest in Lind along with Ritzville. Officials say two family groups account for half of the total cases with a family of seven in Othello along with a family of three in the Lind Ritzville area testing positive for COVID-19. Over 120 county residents have been tested so far.
