Moses Lake Police posted an update on the recovery of K-9 Chief who was shot while on duty in February. Chief continues to heal and is being nursed back to health with the assistance of his “sister” Zoey. He is scheduled for follow up with the vet this month to see if his jaw is healed enough to lose the soft muzzle. It’s still not clear if Chief will be back on the job or will be retired.
