A car fire in Moses Lake turns out to be an act by a son against his father. Police say they stopped Andres Rocha on Sunday after seeing him walking with paper cups containing gasoline. Rocha said he didn’t have a gas can and needed to get fuel in the land. Less than an hour later a car fire call came in on West Peninsula Drive and an investigation found Rocha used the cups of gas to torch his dad’s car.
