City of Quincy offices are closed to the public until March 31. Essential office staff will continue to report and will be reachable by phone or email Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Other changes include suspension of all recreation classes and programs, modifying delinquency procedures to waive late fees and water shut-offs to assure sanitation resources in homes, and suspension of all non-essential public meetings.
