State Attorney General Bob Ferguson reaches a settlement with two Grant County men over campaign finance violations. Ferguson’s office announced that former Grant County Superior Court Judge Jerry Moberg and Moses Lake business owner Ken Greene acknowledged they violated campaign finance law several times when they sent a 2014 mailer in the election for Grant County prosecutor, and concealed that they were the source of the mailer. They were fined a total $230,000 plus court costs and fees.
