Investigators say it was a medical emergency that led to a one-car crash Thursday night in Manson. First responders were called to a State Route 150 address where the car was found on its side in the driveway of a home just a few feet from the garage door. There’s been no word on the driver’s condition or if anyone else was injured. The investigation is continuing.
