The State DOT announces plans to construct a roundabout at the intersection of State Route 17 and Grape Drive in Moses Lake. The $2.3 million dollar project is slated to begin in 2022. DOT officials say project funding was prioritized after a study looked at the frequency and severity of collisions at that intersection. Preliminary engineering studies are under way and the DOT will hold public meetings once the construction start date gets closer.
