The driver killed in a Ritzville car-semi crash on Tuesday has been identified as a 76-year-old Washtucna woman. Police say Sally Graves was heading northbound on State Route 261 when she crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a southbound semi head-on. Graves was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene. There’s no word on if the semi truck’s driver was injured or what led up to the crash.
