One of the four people charged in an October holdup at a Moses Lake convenience store takes a plea deal. Prosecutors say 18-year-old Uriel Sanchez Serrano accepted an In Re Barr plea meaning he doesn’t admit to committing the crime, but wanted to take advantage of the plea agreement offered to him. Sanchez Serrano received a one-year jail sentence. Three juveniles also face charges and there’s been no word on the progress of those cases.
