A Moses Lake chiropractor has his license suspended by the state for what it called professional and sexual misconduct issued a response to the allegations. Officials say Dr. Richard Ribellia asked women patients to disrobe when it wasn’t necessary and inappropriately touched them while providing treatments. Ribellia is also accused of forcing employees to take free chiropractic treatment instead of sick leave. His attorney calls the allegations unsubstantiated and unfounded.
