The driver taking off from a Moses Lake traffic stop last month and leading officers on a pursuit takes a plea deal. Prosecutors say Juan Hernandez pleaded guilty to felony attempting to elude and hit-and-run in connection to his arrest last month. Hernandez was sentenced to four months in jail. According to investigators Hernandez was spotted driving recklessly on West Knolls Vista Drive then crashed in the 300 block of West Ridge Road and ran from the scene.
