The mystery of the penguin-costumed snowblower operator in Moses Lake is solved. The tuxedo-clad seabird cleared sidewalks along Allen Avenue Wednesday night. A thorough investigation by iFIBER ONE News resulted in the penguin’s identity revealed as Moses Lake police detective Adam Munro. He says he often snowblows area sidewalks but decided to wear the costume this year to get some laughs.
Munro says he bought the penguin suit before this past Christmas.
