A suspect is apprehended in a Moses Lake drive-by shooting last month. Police say Rodolfo Ramirez was located Friday in Adams County and was taken into custody for drive-by shooting and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. He is being held on $100,000 bail. The shooting happened in the 3100 block of West Wapato Drive and bullets went into a home where a four-year-old boy was asleep. No injuries were reported.
