An investigation into a moped and ATV theft in Moses Lakes turns into a teenager and two adults facing charges. Police say the owner told them their 17-year-old granddaughter took the two vehicles and officers found the girl traded the vehicles with two adults for marijuana and alcohol. The juvenile is charged with motor vehicle theft while the adults identified as James Ward and Sandra Gleave are charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver and distribution of narcotics to a minor.
