Former GC Judge Found To Broke Campaign Finance Laws

A former Grant County Superior Court Judge and a Moses Lake business owner are found to have violated the state’s campaign finance law multiple times when they sent a 2014 mailer in the election for Grant County prosecutor and concealed they were the source of the mailer. The ruling by a judge in Olympia against Jerry Moberg and Ken Greene was made this week and a trial is set for Feb. 24 will determine the penalty which could be close to $320,000.
