A Grant County man is injured when the semi-truck he was driving crashed Thursday morning on State Route 17. Police say the truck owned by Tommer Construction of Ephrata was going down a hill near Mesa when the driver lost control causing it to crash into a concrete barrier. The truck was hauling more than a dozen crushed vehicles and the load spilled onto the road. The driver was taken to a Pasco hospital. It took several hours to get the road reopened.
