All was not quiet on New Year’s Day south of Moses Lake where a drive-by shooting happened in the early hours of 2020. Police say they received a shots fired call in the 9000 block of Vernal Drive Southeast and an investigation determined one home was hit with bullets but no one was injured. Witnesses say the shooter was in a small compact car. Anyone with information on the shooter’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Grant County Sheriff’s Office
