EPHRATA – A woman is now facing charges for allegedly starting a 15-acre wildland fire near Ephrata. The fire reportedly threatened homes near the Wagon Wheel Mobile Home Park on SR 28. The 25-year-old fire starter was arrested Saturday and is currently being held in Grant County Jail.
