OKANOGAN – Authorities say strong winds lifted a hangar off the ground with a plane inside at the Okanogan Legion Airport Thursday night, sending both flying onto power lines, sparking a brush fire on the hillside below the airport. The fire was quickly extinguished. No one was hurt.
