WENATCHEE – Wenatchee’s gay and ethnic communities say they’re the target of hate groups, after a banner promoting the Wenatchee Pride Festival was allegedly defaced twice in two days. The president of Wenatchee Pride, says the Pride banner in front of the Apple Blossom Festival building was found vandalized on Saturday and again on Tuesday. The Wenatchee Pride Festival is on June 3 at Memorial Park in Wenatchee.
