WENATCHEE – A semi driver was injured after his rig was hit by a train in Wenatchee on Tuesday. Wenatchee Police say the train struck the front end of the semi, hauling avocado trees, near the Tree Top apple processing plant on 97A. Police say the train did not derail, but a portion of the truck got stuck under the train.
