QUINCY – Police have a few questions for a Quincy man who claims he was shot while relieving himself on the side of the road Thursday. The 34-year-old told police he pulled over to use the bathroom on Road 9 NW near Adams Road when a passing motorist shot him in the leg. The investigation into the alleged shooting is continuing.
