ELTOPIA – A medical emergency is being cited as the cause of a one car crash near Eltopia on Friday night. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says the driver began suffering from a health issue, lost control of the car along Sagemoore Road and skidded into an irrigation canal. The driver swam to safety and received medical treatment. A dive team worked to recover the vehilcle, which was submerged in water.
