WENATCHEE – The Oracle Cerner medical records system experienced an outage for four hours Tuesday. According to the Spokesman Review, computer systems at military hospitals across the country, including Wenatchee, were down for hours. The VA medical records system is currently being scrutinized by Congress due to ongoing glitches at the onset of the new system launched in 2017.
