MOSES LAKE – A GPS tracking device helped lead Moses Lake police to a theft suspect. Law enforcement responded to the Big Bend Community College campus Friday for reports of a masked man stealing a catalytic converter, and a GPS tracker on the suspects truck reportedly led police to the Lowe’s parking lot where Brandon J. Cirame, 35, was arrested. He is facing multiple charges.
