EPHRATA – Grant PUD officials are once again deliberating on how to compensate for the population boom in the area. During their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, utility officials said they are exploring long-term options for additional power to the grid, including developing new generating resources in Grant County, such as a hydrogen power plant, as well as other viable generating options that would also meet the state’s clean-energy requirements.
