FORT HALL – An Ephrata family is in mourning after losing their 7 year old son to a dog mauling last Saturday in Fort Hall, Idaho. According to an article published by the Idaho Statesman, the boy and his mother were staying in an RV on tribal land when they were attacked by two Rottweilers and two mixed-breed dogs. All four dogs have since been euthanized, according to the newspaper. The owners of the now deceased dogs received 15 citations and the case will be forwarded to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for further review. A GoFundMe has been created for the victim’s family.
