OTHELLO – The city of Othello was swarming with police activity Thursday night as a 17-year-old suspect was being taken into custody for a fatal gang related drive by shooting last year. Othello Police along with Moses Lake’s police force arrested the teen in connection to the 2022 incident in which a two 16-year-old girls had been struck by gunfire, and the 16-year-old driver was killed. The victim’s identity has been withheld due to her age, but it was later learned that she was the mother of an infant son. The teen shooter is facing multiple charges.
