ROCK ISLAND – Three people were hospitalized in a head-on crash near Rock Island Monday. Washington State Troopers say 22-year-old Gaspar Torreslino was westbound on SR 28 when he crossed the center line for unknown reasons, and hit another vehicle driven by 38-year-old James Anderson of Medical Lake. Both drivers and a passenger in Anderson’s car were injured in the wreck. The incident remains under investigation.
