Grant County residents may be paying more to stay warm this winter. Utility officials in Grant County are expected to bump up the cost of your utility bill in 2023, citing the effects of inflation in recent months, which means those higher costs are being passed onto custormers which translates into a 3% rate hike. The increase will mean an additional $3.24 per month for residential customers. If approved, the new rates would take effect on April 1, 2023.
