Washington state is going green. The Capital Press reports that Washington state decided this summer to ban all gas-powered vehicles by 2035 and it appears commercial diesel trucks are next, in a move that mirrors California’s vehicle emissions standards. The Capital Press writes that 24.27 metric tons of greenhouse gasses would be eliminated in California by 2050.
