MOSES LAKE – Moses Lake police have issued an alert after a convicted predator moved to the area. On Tuesday, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office notified the public about the arrival of 59-year-old Robert Mongognia who is a level III sex offender, stemming from a 2020 incident in Louisiana and attempted sexual assault of a woman in Arizona in 2018.
