MOSES LAKE – A new Asian restaurant will soon open in Moses Lake. On Tuesday, iFIBER ONE News confirmed that the Ramen restaurant is set to open in the space formerly occupied by Inland Cellular off Stratford Road. The owner, a former Mitsubishi employee in Moses Lake, says he wanted to open the restaurant in observance of Moses Lake’s connection to Japanese culture. The restaurant is expected to open in July or August.
